The Experience Audit
We experience your business as a guest would, then review the welcome, service standards and moments where things fall short. You receive an honest assessment and a clear list of what to improve first.
Request an audit ↗Some places stay with you long after you leave. We help beauty, hospitality and service founders build those places—from the name above the door to the welcome inside and the systems that make it all work.
Le Petit Salon began with a question: What if a business could care deeply for its guests without forgetting the people doing the work?
In Tustin, California, founder Kim Caballero built that belief into a real place. Every welcome, every service, every team standard and operating detail was an opportunity to do things more thoughtfully.
Le Petit became more than a nail salon. It became proof that beautiful experiences, dignified work, disciplined operations, and sound business thinking belong together.
Le Petit closed its doors in August 2026. The mission, however, was never meant to stay within those walls. Built Worthy carries the lessons forward—to the businesses, leaders, and teams ready to build differently.
The Le Petit Method brings five disciplines into one conversation. A brand has to stand for something. The experience must live up to it. And the team, numbers and systems have to support both.
What you stand for—and how people recognize it.
How guests feel, from discovery through departure.
Prices and margins that allow good service to last.
People, standards and routines that hold the promise.
Visibility, loyalty and the next opportunity.
Opening a salon, rethinking an established business, or looking for a fresh set of eyes? Here’s how we can help.
We experience your business as a guest would, then review the welcome, service standards and moments where things fall short. You receive an honest assessment and a clear list of what to improve first.
Request an audit ↗For established salons ready for a new chapter. We revisit the guest journey, service menu, pricing, hospitality, training and operations—then help turn the plan into everyday practice.

Your salon should look and feel like the brand you imagined.
We carry the creative vision from concept through furnishing and final styling. That means mood boards, finishes, lighting, furniture, signage, guest flow and the details guests notice without always knowing why. We work with your project team so the space feels like one considered whole.
Built Worthy leads creative direction and décor coordination. Architectural plans, permits and construction are handled by the appropriate licensed professionals.

Ask about the digital collection ↗The best partnerships begin with something simple: we genuinely like what a brand is doing.
We work with a select group of beauty, wellness, hospitality and lifestyle brands on stories, products and experiences we're proud to share. Our community comes first; a sponsorship never changes that.
We would rather pass on a deal than recommend something we do not believe in.
Discuss a collaboration ↗The experience people remember begins with the way we care for them.
— Kim CaballeroCreative strategist, business builder, and someone who has always believed the way people are treated matters.
Kim is the daughter of Vietnamese refugees. Their courage and sacrifice shaped how she thinks about opportunity, responsibility and what it means to build something of your own.
Before Le Petit, Kim built a career in financial services and enterprise business development. She served as President of the National Advisory Council at a global financial services firm, working to strengthen the employee experience and bring frontline perspectives closer to leadership.
She later created Le Petit Salon—from its name and interiors to its hospitality, team and operations. The community that grew there still shapes how she thinks about a business: not only how it performs, but what it means to the people who walk through its doors. Today, she brings that perspective to Built Worthy.
Work with Kim ↗
Build Worthy is Kim’s forthcoming book about the people behind every business—the families who sacrifice, the teams who show up and the guests who become part of the story. It draws on her family’s journey and what she learned building Le Petit. The manuscript is in progress.
Some businesses make people feel truly looked after. They deserve to be found.
The Built Worthy Movement is a future home for salons, studios and service businesses we believe in. We hope to share the places where hospitality is more than a promise—and where care for guests begins with care for the team.
Coming later. The directory and brand features have not launched.
